Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of the Printerland.md website and any orders placed through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

Printerland.md sells printers, supplies, and office equipment in the Republic of Moldova.

2. Products and pricing
Prices are shown in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without prior notice; already-confirmed orders are not affected by such changes.
3. Ordering and delivery
Orders can be placed on the site or by phone. Delivery is by courier across Moldova; orders over 300 lei ship free. Full delivery details are on the Delivery page.
4. Payment methods
We accept bank card (Visa, Mastercard), MAIB, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and, for most equipment, installments from 5-13.5%. Details on the Payment methods page.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
You may return an ordered product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, with no need to justify the decision, in line with consumer protection law. To be accepted, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
To start a return, contact us at 022-802-022 or printerlandmd@gmail.com. The purchase amount is refunded as soon as possible, using the same payment method used for the order, once the returned product is received and checked.
6. Warranty
All products carry an official 24-month warranty, in line with applicable law and the manufacturer’s terms. Details on the Warranty page.
7. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep site information (descriptions, prices, availability) accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee it is entirely error-free. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as courier or payment-processor services.
8. Intellectual property
The site’s content (text, images, logo, design) belongs to Printerland.md or its partners and may not be reproduced without prior consent.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute is settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
