Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we process when you use printerland.md or contact us, for what purpose, on what legal basis, how long we keep it and what rights you have, under Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection.

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing and do not build profiles with legal effects on you. We do not send marketing messages without your prior consent.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell data. We share it only as far as needed with:
- the courier company delivering the order;
- the credit partners Iute Credit and Microinvest — only if you choose installments;
- the site’s hosting provider — OVHcloud (servers in the European Union);
- Google (Gmail for e-mail; Google Analytics, only with consent; Google Maps on the Contact page; Google Fonts);
- Google Ads and Google Merchant Center (via Google for WooCommerce) — only with marketing consent;
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3, Frankfurt, EU) — storing and serving the site’s images (receives your browser’s IP address) and encrypted backups;
- Cloudflare (R2) — encrypted database backups;
- Brevo (EU) — sending order e-mails and subscription confirmation e-mails;
- tawk.to and UnicFlux (support chat) — only if you accept the chat or press the chat button;
- public authorities, when the law requires it.
Providers processing data on our behalf are contractually bound to confidentiality and security.
4. Transfers outside the Republic of Moldova
Some providers (Google, Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, tawk.to, UnicFlux) may process data in the European Union, the USA or other countries. We transfer data only under the conditions of Law No. 195/2024 — to countries with an adequate level of protection or based on safeguards provided by law (e.g. standard clauses).
5. How long we keep data
- Orders and accounting documents: for the period set by accounting and tax law.
- Customer account: while the account is active; after deletion, only the data the law requires us to keep.
- Contact and chat messages: as long as needed to answer the request.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe; unconfirmed requests are deleted.
- Cookies: as set out in the Cookie policy.
6. Your rights
You have the right to: information; access to your data; rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; portability; objection (including to processing based on legitimate interest); withdrawing consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing (for cookies — via “Cookie settings” in the site footer); not being subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
Write to us at printerlandmd@gmail.com. We reply within one month of receiving the request (a period that may be extended as the law allows). We may ask for extra information to confirm your identity.
If you believe your rights have been breached, you may complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md) or go to court.
7. Security
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to order data, encrypted password storage and limits on repeated login and order attempts. If a data breach poses a risk, we notify the authority within 72 hours and, where the risk is high, the people affected.
8. Minors
The store is intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page.
