Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of printerland.md and the distance sales contracts concluded through it. Please read them before placing an order. By sending an order, you accept the terms in force on that date.

2. Products and prices

Prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include VAT. The delivery cost is shown separately at checkout, before you send the order. Images are illustrative; the relevant characteristics are those in the product description.

We may change prices and stock at any time. An order already confirmed is honoured at the price in force when it was sent. If a price is shown with an obvious error, or the product is no longer available, we contact you before delivery and you may cancel the order at no cost.

3. How the contract is concluded

1. You add products to the cart and fill in the delivery details. You can also use the “Quick order” button, with just your name and phone.
2. You choose the delivery and payment method and see the total price, delivery included.
3. You send the order. You get a confirmation on screen right away and, if you gave an e-mail address, by e-mail.
4. We call you to confirm availability and delivery details. The contract is concluded at this confirmation.

4. Delivery

• Chișinău: free from 500 MDL, the same or the next working day.
• Outside Chișinău: 1–3 working days. The cost is calculated automatically at checkout and is between 70 and 300 lei, depending on the product.
• Pickup from the showroom: 47 Alexei Mateevici St, Chișinău.
• Orders placed by 14:00 on a working day usually ship the same day.

Delivery is by courier. On receipt, check that the parcel is intact in the courier’s presence. More on the Delivery page.

5. Payment

You can pay:

• cash on delivery: to the courier when you receive the parcel;
• by direct bank transfer: the order ships once payment is confirmed;
• by bank card (Visa, Mastercard): on delivery or at the showroom in Chișinău;
• in installments through our financing partners Iute Credit and Microinvest: interest from 5% to 13.5%, per the partner’s offer. The credit agreement is concluded directly between you and the partner, on its terms.

6. Right of withdrawal (14-day return)

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of the day you, or a person you name, take possession of the product. You do not need to give a reason.

How to exercise it: tell us before the deadline, with a clear statement:

• by e-mail to printerlandmd@gmail.com;
• by phone at 022-802-022;
• in writing, at the showroom.

You may use the model form below.

Returning the product: send the product back or bring it to the showroom within 14 days of telling us. We tell you the direct cost of the return when you notify us. In Chișinău we can collect the product from you; we agree the details by phone.

Refund: we refund all amounts paid without undue delay, at the latest 14 days from the day you told us of your withdrawal, including standard delivery, using the same payment method unless we agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or you show proof of sending it.

Condition of the product: you are only liable for any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return the product complete, with the accessories and documents you received.

7. Warranty

• Legal guarantee of conformity: we are liable for any lack of conformity that appears within 2 years of delivery, under Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection and the Civil Code. You are then entitled, as the case may be, to:
  • free repair or replacement, within 14 calendar days of the complaint;
  • a price reduction;
  • termination of the contract.
• Commercial warranty: products carry the manufacturer’s official warranty, usually 24 months. The exact term is on the warranty certificate. Keep the proof of purchase and the warranty certificate.
• Complaints can be made at the showroom, by phone or by e-mail. We may refer you to an authorised service centre.

The commercial warranty is in addition to the legal guarantee and does not replace it.

8. Complaints and disputes

For any problem, contact us at 022-802-022 or printerlandmd@gmail.com. We reply as soon as possible, on working days.

If we cannot reach a solution, you may turn to the State Inspectorate for Non-Food Products Supervision and Consumer Protection (consumator.gov.md) or the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova. There are currently no recognised alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies in the Republic of Moldova.

9. Personal data and cookies

We process your data under our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

10. Intellectual property

The site’s content (text, own images, logo, design) belongs to the seller or its partners and may not be reproduced without written consent. Manufacturers’ trademarks belong to their owners.

11. Liability

We strive to keep the information on the site accurate. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or factors beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, in particular:

• the Civil Code;
• Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection;
• Law No. 284/2004 on electronic commerce.

We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the version in force on the date it was sent.
